August 21, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #5 Item Title C-5 Renew Service Agreement with Airwatch, Inc. Issue/Rationale In order to piggyback off existing contracts for Airwatch, Inc. and have services and products available for use in September, the District will need to enter a Professional Services Contract with Airwatch. The Director of Purchasing and the School Board Attorney are working with Airwatch to identify appropriate services and wording of the contract. The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized. Recommended Action Authorize the Director of Purchasing to sign contract with Airwatch, Inc. for configuration assistance and Mobile Device Management services to support student iPads.
